Very favourably impressed with the place. Stumbled in yesterday genuinely thinking I might pass out or start crying with the body pain. The two nice ladies at the counter immediately got me a plastic chair instead of letting me stand in the line. At the same time, each and every legal requirement of the UID was met, and they, seeing that my hands were shaking, allowed me to WhatsApp them various details instead of moving a pen. Despite a busy work day, incredibly loud construction work two doors down and a long line of customers, I was still able to time my second cab to pick me up almost to the dot perfect zero!
Let me also add that's it's not easy for people like me who came to Punjab to work during these times. At SVL, not only were they kind-hearted and professional, they went above and beyond later on, because after I reached home, they still took the trouble to explain three separate Tricity notifications, in hindi, Punjabi and something else to me, related to the jabs!
Would have no trouble recommending to everyone, only wish half of the 'big' hospitals had such well-trained staff!!!
